Stage-1. Documentation
Quality Building Construction Process-2024
Whenever a person wants to engaged a company to construct his/ her own dream home. Client and Company must be aware of the proper documentation for future reference. All documents must be signed by both the parties and record it properly.
Followings are some important documents-
- Final and signed BOQ by both the party
- Payment Plan
- Agreement
- Client KYC
- Registry Documents
- Possession documents
- Mutation and Lease documents
- NOC Zoning Plan
These documents will help for –
- Getting approvals drawings from concern authority
- Getting construction Loans if required.

Stage-2. Design & Project Planning
After completing all the documentation, it is important stage to start design of the complete building project and plan the releasing of relevant drawings on different stages. To achieve a perfect building and robust structure it is important to plan the whole project execution in professional way.
The two main teams that play important role are-

Plan the complete project design as follow-

- First it connect to the client to get their requirements and inputs,
- Start Architectural layouting on this basis and finalize it.
- When client completely satisfied with the layout plan and approve.
- Structural design & Liaisoning process starts.
- As soon As Sanctioned Drawing Received, GFC drawings get started and released to the Site for Execution.
- Parallelly 3D team Start 3D visualization for façade.
- After finalization of above drawings MEP drawings start and finalized with the consent of client and released to the site.
- Similarly all the interior designs and drawings start and finalized stage wise and released at different stages.

Stage-3. Liaisoning & Structure-
Different Areas are controlled under different development authorities. We need to get sanctioned drawings for our building Construction. As soon as all the layouts freeze and finalized with the mutual consent of design team and Client approval, it goes to submit in Concern Authority in prescribed format, it’s scrutinized by authority and if all the drawings and information found correct, An approval on drawings released by the Concern Authority. At the same time all detailed structural designs and drawings are prepared checked and released.
Stage-4. Site mobilization-
Under this stage all the necessary steps covered to start a project and complete smoothly timely and accurately. followings are some key points covered under this stage-
